“I dont know what to say!, the cruise was booked and paid for, ticket not issued, I went to call MSC and apparently Cruise118 didnt pay the tickets so I had a cancelled booking, I will never use you anymore. How can I make a proper complaint as I have a voucher with you that I want to be turn to cash, as I will not use your service anymore. I have to tell my kid that the holiday is cancelled now...GOD help me!”
