“I spoke to a lovely member of 118, she was so helpful and couldn’t have done more for me. I started on the web chat and then I received a phone call, where my booking was made with no issues. Since the phone call I am now receiving lots of additional information, which has been very helpful.”

“We have used cruise 118 on several occasions prior to pandemic and always received good service. This weekend on the spur of the moment we decided we would like to go cruising again, so I gave 118 a call and was lucky enough to get a guy called "Kevin." After explaining to Kevin what we would like to do and where we would like to go he came up with a few suggestions gave us time to consider, and when we finally made up our mind nothing for him was too much trouble and we got the Cruise we selected completely hassle free”

“Rachel was great. She answered all our questions and made herself very available to help us. The only thing that could have been better was the answering time of my initial call. I was told that this was due to be being an existing customer and the system assumed I wanted to talk about an existing cruise rather than give me the option of talking to new business. Took me Half an hour to get through and I nearly gave up!”
