“Consultant was Shelly. She knew her job, listened to what I wanted. Gave me advice and options. Shelly did not rush me to make a decision and had patience for my questions, which was many. Having cruised for many years I can tell when someone knows what they are talking about and she certainly did. Shelly made sure I was happy before saying goodbye.”

“This is the fourth time we’ve booked with Cruise118 This time was with Gill Potter who was great to deal with. Gill listened to what we wanted, made suggestions of hotels for our pre cruise stay, phoned me back at the time we arranged and everything was straight forward. Gill was a pleasure to deal with such a lovely person. Looking forward to our cruise in Sept.”
