“After trying unsuccessfully to book a fly cruise we decided to try Cruise 118 which proved to be a good move. Georgina was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and quickly found us flights and cruise. We had been contacting other cruise providers during the past week and have booked several cruises in the past but the customer service from Georgina was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very easy to talk to and very efficient. Cruise 118 will certainly be our first 'port of call' in the future.”

“A bit disappointed had a better person dealing with my cruise in January than this one. Was never asked about sittings on table size then received my booking and noticed that i was down for a table of 4. I have never sat at a table of 4 before and always asked for a table of 8 and first sitting. Still waiting on a answer.”

“False advertising on their site saying gratuities were included, but then months later we had to pay extra to add them. Very difficult to get hold of anyone or communicate with. I wouldn't use them again and would advise against using them.”

“I'm very satisfied with how my booking was handled and successfully booked. Rachel was very helpful. Payment over the phone was easy. I was very pleased when phoning to pay that as i was 8th in the queue i had the option to press 1 and was then called back once id moved up the queue. Thank you. I will definitely be pleased to book through you again.”

“Usually good and personal service, but in order to the get best price (Live Prices Offer), my regular Cruise118.com agent was not able to match the advertised price. Not a good way for you to keep your staff happy and employed by undercutting them yourself.”
