“Always had great service from cruise 118 as we have now booked a few cruises with them. I have asked to be allocated a late dining seating with our friends who booked separately but I’m still awaiting confirmation of that”

“Booked a cruise over the phone with a lovely lady called Karoline, she was brilliant, as we have never cruised before I felt that she went above and beyond our expectations. She was so patient and listened to what we had in mind, gave suggestions which we were extremely grateful for. So now it’s all booked! Thank you so much, you are Amazing. Can’t wait for our cruise to come.”
