“The Booking process was very simple and quick. Plus they were cheaper, in my instance, than going direct to the cruise line. Time will tell how the process goes if we have any issues coming up to the date of the cruise, but I have no reason to expect there will be any issues going forward.”

“Good online booking service within confirmation received within 24hrs, although it would be good to at least have a reference immediately with detailed confirmation to follow. Extremely helpful both on the telephone call back and Live Chat. £206 cheaper per cabin than booking directly with the cruise line which was enough for you not to book directly. Con - would be good to have the following options added to your online booking facility, so customers don't have to call to get this amended. * Room configuration option (Twin or Queen/Double) * Opt-in for a complimentary upgrade * Special requests i.e Silver Wedding Anniversary Overall, extremely pleased with the service but marked as 4* due to the additional options which would have meant we didn't need to contact again to make it a full online booking process.”

“Booked cruise over 1 year ago. Just got back. There was always help and advice leading up to the cruise at the end of the telephone. Especially when airline managed to lose all our luggage. Would recommend.”
