“Excellent service from Sarah who spent a long time (over an hour) looking at different cruises and options to find our perfect cruise to fit our family’s requirements. “This was my 2nd time using Cruise 118. I definitely lucked out with Karoline Barrett! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but she patiently went through cruise line after cruise line until we found one that worked. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable and I can't thank her enough, she was almost as excited as I was once I'd booked! Fabulous booking experience!”

“Jennifer Stevenson is awesome booking and planning out trip to the Rhythm and blues trip plus cruise total holiday is for 18 days. She was very friendly and went out of her way to plan a trip with excursions. There didn’t seem anything she couldn't manage to do for us. “Really friendly in the phone , very helpful and easy to book this way , there was just one thing that I think , and that’s there were no coach or on board spend or anything else including with this booking , and had I booked it directly with p&o would have got a better deal ( better room with on board spend or free coach travel worth £240 from where we live to Southampton so price wise it wasn’t any cheaper in the end”

“I booked two cruises. One was booked as requested but the other one not. We asked for a port side cabin but we’re given one on the starboard side. It was corrected on the same day but the absence of an explanation or an apology was disappointing.”
