“Booked our first Cruise and went in April 2026 to the Caribbean. Price was competitive, service is great and weve now booked 3 more Cruises. Wouldn't book with anyone else, so helpful.”

“John was really helpful in helping us understand the different options for a cruise we were thinking of booking. Sadly the options on cabins were limited so we didn’t book in the end because we’d left it too late to get designated cabin of our own choice. Would happily use cruise 118 again in the future! “Everything was great when we booked five days ago. However, we have encountered a problem as neither ourselves or the agent cruise 118 can book excursions on the MSC app and they say this is because the payment I gave you hasn’t reached MSC yet and possibly won’t do for up to 6 days. I must say, this is spoiling my experience for the cruise booked for a golden wedding anniversary.”
