“Professionalism and Ease of Booking Service! Absolutely incredible service from Daniel Norris. Daniel took the time to 'hand-hold' my wife and I through the booking process. He explained in detail all the various options available regarding our cruise on the Queen Mary - including dining times and seating arrangements as well as the beverage packages. Daniel also went to great lengths to ensure that our cabin was located in a position that fits our needs. He explained in a comprehensive, transparent and easy to understand manner on all aspects of the cruise - showing considerate care and professionalism. Daniel - many thanks for everything - Cunard in association with Cruise 118.com is very fortunate to have you as their representative....Cunard/Cruise118 are our favourite cruise and booking providers by far!”

“Nowadays excellent customer service is considered as the biggest merit that a company can earn. It is the attribute that people value more than the price of a product or even more than its quality. “Booked a cruise for 14 nights on the Sky Princess for Xmas and New Year, unfortunately very few cabins available to choose from, and, none in the location we wanted, so we booked what we could get. Noticed that if we booked 6n & 8n back to back the cabin we wanted was available, but would have cost a lot more. Contacted Cruise118 on Webchat and asked Kieron Green is it possible to change cabins even though its not showing available on the 14n cruise, Kieron phoned Princess and was told it was only available if booked as 2 separate cruises. However, Kieron decided that he would not take rejection sitting down and Emailed his contact at Princess, and, a couple of days later got a positive response, we have now received a new cabin confirmation. This is our first booking with Cruise118 and if the rest of the staff are as helpful as Kieron, it certainly wont be the last……Well done Kieron, customer service at its very best!!!!!!!👍”

“Kieran Green who is a Customer Services Concierge provided me with copies of invoices for two of my cruises to enable me to provide details of the cruises for my Travel Insurance Company. This is to aide them to determine the refund the Cancellation Charges invoked dure to Cancelling the cruise due to a Severe Medical situation which rapiidly Developed.”
