“I found the staff were helpful when you were enquiring or booking. But once you had made the booking and you had further queries, there seemed to be a distinct lack of interest. There has also been very little general information about what to expect on our cruise. When booking my last cruise, I booked direct with the company and I received plenty of information. For future cruises, I think I would prefer to book direct than through Cruise 118.”

“We tried to book a last minute cruise direct with Tui. Tui said they can price match but did not reply in full until after the weekend (Tui agent was unavailable at weekend to confirm booking). Contacted 118, all cabins that I was waiting to book direct with Tui had now sold out. 118 got us a better price on an upgraded cabin. All booked within minutes, great customer service without any delay or uncertainty.”
