“I have sailed with Celebrity twice previously and was impressed with my cruise. I have been planning another trip for a special birthday and spoke to Celebrity direct. However, I was not impressed with their sales team and started looking elsewhere. I found the same cruise on the Cruise118 website and began a chat with Robyn. She was more enthusiastic than Celebrity and provided a lot more information about the cruise, packages and flights. She was very pleasant and not pushy! I booked through her and I hope that it will all go as smoothly as she promised!”
