“Dale what can I say, even with all the stumbling blocks Virgin Voyages put in the way and the fact that it’s taken 5 days to resolve, you went out of your way to keep you updated and informed with how we were going to resolve it. Booked! Brilliant Service, thank you”

“We booked a Princess cruise to South America with our concierge Shelley Brackenbury. Shelley showed an excellent understanding of what we wanted, offered options and arranged everything efficiently and at a competitive price. A small error on our initial booking confirmation was corrected very quickly. Great service and would recommend. Thank you.”

“My Husband & I have been lucky enough to have been on many cruises. The last few years we have used cruise 118. They have arranged some fantastic deals for us and all goes like a military operation. All aspects of the holiday are taken care of and we feel very looked after. I cannot recommend them any more , they really are the best!”

“HI FOLKS ,I HAVE TO SAY THAT MY BOOKING WITH ROBYN AT CRUISE 118.COM WENT EXTRA WELL ,SHE WAS VERY HELPFULL IN EVERY WAY . SHE LOOKED UP DIFFERENT DATES TO HELP ME GET THE BEST DEAL. I HAVE BEEN ON A FEW CRUISES AND LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS ONE ,IF EVERYTHING GOES ASWELL AS THE BOOKING IT WILL BE GREAT. I WILL CERTINALLY BE GOING TO 118.COM FOR MY NEXT HOLIDAY .
