“Customer service agent was knowledgeable and helpful with a nice personality, so that ticks a lot of boxes. We were /are very pleased with the price and now look forward to our cruise coming up to the same quality. Bit surprised at having to pay for wi-fi , but overall at this moment in time very happy.”

“I had booked a cruise ( through Sixstar cruises) which was badly affected by the Middle East war. Seinied (Breslin) and Kate (Bradley) of cruise 118 were absolutely fantastic in sorting out revised flights etc to enable my wife and I to go on the amended cruise itinerary. In my dealings with SixStar and cruise 118 over the years I have always found the staff friendly, professional and efficient.”

“Spoke with Andrea this afternoon looking for cruise to Norwegian Ffords for 2027. Found just what we were looking for to go in August. Price was really good and itinerary. Our third cruise with Fred Olson and same ship. I phoned Andrea back within half hour and booked. We can definitely recommend this cruise company and staff. Andrea couldn’t have been more helpful and so friendly. I’m sure we will definitely enjoy our holiday.”
