“Excellent service from Stevie Newell, friendly, efficient, covered all aspects of booking policy, answered all my queries satisfactorily, very happy with allocated balcony cabin, and the asked for OBC. Have used 118.com many times as good service and competitive pricing.”

“all the staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and it was no problem if I needed to change anything that they had worked out only I did not only book a cruise I also need flights for about a week before the due time. This is not my first cruise I have booked through Cruise 118 and it wont be my last.”

“Previous cruised this March on Arvia, never again. So phoned up, Cruise 118, the young lady, could not have been more helpful. I need an adapted cabin.and the cruise I'd picked was unavailable. So gave her a ball park figure/date, and she went above and beyond helping me, sorting through loads of dross to get me what I wanted. So going next Oct to Canary islands. Hope they'll still want tourists !!! But excellent job.Cruise 118 💯🛳 👍🏻”

“Always get fabulous professional service from Lexi. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my cruises. Even when booking something on board or with a competitor site, I always do my best to have the booking credited to her or give her an opportunity to match or better the other offer. Which invariably she does. Lovely lady who really puts herself out to deliver outstanding assistance”
