“Hi There Dale was competent, polite and helpful all the way through our booking experience. Please also note Leila was also very helpful on the day before. We asked for a lot of bookings to be looked at as obviously everybody wants value for money. Dale finally helped us get the right cruise for the right price. “I submitted an online enquiry and was lucky to have Andy Lewis pick up the enquiry. We’re seasoned cruisers with another line to the one we were asking about and Andy was the consummate professional with me. He answered my endless questions and priced up lots of different options for me. In the end, we not only booked the cruise, but we booked a second cabin for the in-laws too! Andy called back when he said he would, took ownership of my enquiry and followed up to make sure I got everything that I needed. This is my first time booking with Cruise118 but I’m sure it won’t be the last.”

“Got a quote for a cruise which was a good price. I asked therefore for them to email the quote to ensure it was exactly as I wanted, but they refused! They expect you to book a cruise if thousands of pounds without you seeing the quote in writing! Of course I will go elsewhere and so should you.”

“We were helped today first of all by Jenny in service dept to sort out an issue we had. She was absolutely amazing, great ambassador for 118. Very friendly and helpful with a great attitude and lovely to talk to. Following, we were transfered to Rachel who was again so very helpful, a delight to deal with answering questions to our satisfaction, even when we called her back with a query, she was so patient and knowledgeable. We would definitely reccommend their service and would not hesitate to use them again. 5/5 Val.”
