“Always get fabulous professional service from Lexi. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my cruises. Even when booking something on board or with a competitor site, I always do my best to have the booking credited to her or give her an opportunity to match or better the other offer. Which invariably she does. Lovely lady who really puts herself out to deliver outstanding assistance”

“Contacted Cruise 118 on 06/06/26 regarding a change in booking, spoke with Jill Davidson who was a top person, bent over backwards to help, spent hours talking to cruise line to put a deal together for us with a brilliant outcome. “Booked with a lovely man called John, he was so very helpful and guided me through the booking process with ease (even though I was probably hard work) Had a small issue with the online payment system but John again sorted it all out for me.”
