“Robyn was very helpful she gave me many cruise and ship quotes as i was not sure which one to book ,she went out of her way to help .but there was no presure to book i would recommend cruise 118”

“Booked a cruise on Easter Sunday with your outstanding colleague Karoline Barrett. Bearing in mind it was a holiday for most of us Karoline was exceptionally professional and helpful and we felt truly valued. Karoline reassured us with every questions we asked. Provided us with lots of information we didn’t know which allowed us to book the right cruise for ourselves and our family.”

“We were looking for someone new to book our cruises with as weren’t getting any loyalty perks or great service elsewhere so came across cruise118. The initial interaction and follow ups were helpful, informative, and professional. We booked with Robyn and nothing was too much trouble. Being told she will be our point of contact from start till finish was very reassuring also, something we had not experienced before. Having a friendly familiar contact in Robyn is lovely, especially when spending our hard earned money on the highlight of our year. We look forward to our cruise and having a point of contact there ready to book our next with.”

“Five stars for Daniel! Daniel was fantastic throughout the whole process of booking our recent holiday. He was not only incredibly friendly and approachable, but also very patient with us. We weren't entirely sure what we were looking for, but Daniel took the time to understand our needs and preferences. He then went above and beyond to find us some amazing deals that fit perfectly within our budget. Thanks to Daniel's expertise and dedication, we're set for a fantastic trip! “We were totally impressed and satisfied with the great customer service received yesterday from Robyn Wild. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and provided us with everything we wanted and required which included flights, cruise, hotel stay and all transportation. We were equally impressed with her quick response to the costing of the full package. Excellent customer service.”
