“We booked a P&O Caribbean cruise for my wife and two friends. Invoice came through very quickly from cruise 118, along with advice on sailing requirements ie Covid etc. Two days later flight details came through. What we weren’t made aware of was that the price DID NOT include seats on the plane, not leg room but standard seats. Service is good full details are not clear, make sure you ask, don’t take it for granted”

“Went on the online line chat at 8.30 pm and a lady went through everything really well. Wasn't pushy and said, "Have a think about the cruise and come back to her. This I did, but she was busy, so I spoke to Sam. Great guy!! Helped us through the booking, rooms, extras etc. This was our 1st cruise. Explained everything very well. So we booked and the price was cheaper than another cruise company were offering! So very happy!!!”
