“Dealing with Georgina Dawkins to tie up our cruise has been a pleasant experience. She has called us back dealing with our queries in a most pleasant manner making the booking enjoyable, If all goes as planned we will certainly use Cruise 118 again on our frequent cruises.”

“This company is a pleasure to book with unlike other cruise companies I could mention The consultant was knowledgeable and able to source what we needed which was a disabled accessible cabin on the Arviva We sadly had to cancel a cruise we’d booked May22 with them , as husband is more disabled and couldn’t have coped with flights back from NZ That too was efficiently handled and the cancellation invoice emailed to me”

“We booked a P&O Caribbean cruise for my wife and two friends. Invoice came through very quickly from cruise 118, along with advice on sailing requirements ie Covid etc. Two days later flight details came through. What we weren’t made aware of was that the price DID NOT include seats on the plane, not leg room but standard seats. Service is good full details are not clear, make sure you ask, don’t take it for granted”
