“I have now booked several cruises through Cruise 118 and have always found that the price has been very competitive. The customer service is excellent and I have always been really pleased with the advice that I had been given by Rebecca Rimmer (Sales Concierge). She answers all questions quickly and in detail and I always feel that she puts a lot of time and effort into finding the best cruise for me. She helps to sort out all the details of flights, hotels and transfers to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I have just booked my next cruise for next year and I am really looking forward to it. I would rate the customer service as 5 stars.”
