“We changed our minds about a cruise already booked and Cruise 118 were very good at dealing with amending the cruise to another one - at no cost to ourselves. We were prepared to pay some Admin charges but they were simply credited back to our new booking. I think they are a very trustworthy company. Everyone I spoke to were very personable, friendly and efficient - always ringing back when they said they would.”
