“Following an update from our airline indicating that no suitable flights were available owing to Covid, we had to lift and shift our cruise. A call to our cruise concierge, Andrea, and we’re were booked on a future cruise. Simple, fast but so professionally completed. Thanks to Andrea, and cruise 118.”

“I think Lauren is a v.good agent..BUT I need printed tix...TOO old to use computer & live alone!!!! I have a local agen who STILL does it all but I don't want locals knowing my business!!!!!!!”
