“Bethany was amazing. She is very patient and nothing was too much trouble. She spent time understanding what we wanted from our holiday and supplied different options, changed them a bit to suit us and came up with the perfect holiday within budget. Highly recommended. Thank you.”

“Made the booking on line. All fine except bed configuration not offered during booking. However called the next day and all sorted within minutes. Booking direct with MSC would have cost more!”

“I booked a cruise with Ambassador Cruise Line through Cruise118. I was able to do this online except there was no option for booking car parking at the port at the same time. I thought we had missed out on a free parking offer because of this so I contacted Customer Services at Cruise118 and they were fantastic. They organised the free parking and when they initially couldn’t get through to Ambassador they offered a ring back service so I wasn’t kept on hold. Their operative was extremely friendly and helpful, just hoe customer services should be. So refreshingto sort things out with so little hassle.”

“This is my 2nd online booking with Cruise118.com. I commend them on a very slick website, very clearly set out quotes and costs for different cabin grades and optional extras and very keen pricing as well. Both bookings were placed with the cruise lines exactly as I had requested and the immediate follow up communications and information from Cruise118.com are clear and useful. I would have had no hesitation picking up the phone and speaking with a member of the team if needed, but for both bookings I was seeking to make, I was able to self-serve on the Cruise118.com website and am very happy with the result.”
