“Customer service was excellent and really helpful. I have tried to book in using my fight code with jet 2 but they say that number is assigned to a different email? Any ideas?”

“My 2nd cruise booking this year with Jennifer from Cruise 118. It is always such a pleasure speaking with Jennifer, she is so knowledgeable and friendly and the price quoted has always been better than other cruise companies I have enquired with! “All good. The website provided real prices (not all websites do). Although one of their own offer codes did not work online so we had to call to book. Kym the agent had loads of experience to draw upon so she could answer almost everything. The price was good, better than going direct and probably better than other website prices. The booking all went smoothly and everything is as we expected it.”
