“Georgina dealt with my booking and was fabulous! Easy. Quick. Efficient. Absolutely no worries at all. Rachel is my usual concierge and is forever fabulous but it’s nice to know that in her absence, colleagues - and especially Georgina - are just as wonderful!”

“we were extremely disappointed by the service we received in booking flights and a cruise because we have always been very satisfied previously. it took many phone calls and conversations to get all details correct. we would hestitate to book with Cruise 118 again”

“Mostly painless booking at a good price for the cruise we wanted. It does seem though that certain options that would have been available booking directly through the cruise line (travel to port and parking) were not offered as part of the Cruise118 booking. No big deal really, more of an eyebrow raise.”

“We wanted a certain type of cruise at a specific time. The agent was very thorough, and research many choices for us. Sending details of 4 different cruises we could choose from. Then on the phone going through exactly which cabin we wanted. Only slight criticism is that we were not asked about bed configuration or dining time?”

“I contacted cruise 118 on the 26th June interested in a cruise for October, I had a wonderful lady called Briony who was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble.
