“Always a friendly helpful service. Research prices and cruise 118 always comes up cheapest with a great service. Was cheaper than the actual cruise line them selves by quite alot. Will always book my cruises through them.”

“Excellent Customer Service from Ellie Bridges. From the first phone call with Ellie, she went above and beyond. So kind and helpful to her there was no silly questions. “I cannot praise Bryony Lightfoot enough, was going to book online, but their system was having issues (actually turned out to be MSC fault) so called and got Bryony, my lucky day! She was so patient with a very slow system, honoured the online price and called MSC to advise them it was my husbands special birthday on boarding day. Both cabins booked and linked with ease, highly recommend booking with Bryony, such a pleasant lady who made my booking process stress free.”

“Barry Jenkinson Cruise 118 Concierge made booking our cruise and stay trip to Miami and Caribbean an absolute pleasure. Having mobility issues, Barry made all the necessary arrangements for me at both airports , the hotel and accessible cabin on board NCL AQUA , together with transport from airport in Miami to the hotel.
