“Booking simple online - good deals. I had to contact customer service due to error on my part, I was extremely impressed with how helpful and friendly they were. Based on that service alone I will definitely use them again for future bookings.”

“I decided to book online in the end myself as In the initial call for a quote, i found it difficult with the level of background noise from the agent working at home. In addition, it would be great if you could support the emergency workers who hold a Blue Light Card. I asked a few times but no discount was given. From reading other reviews, i'm sure agents have the power to add a little discount on? I know this happened a few years back on our very 1st cruise booked with 118.”
