“Barry Jenkinson Cruise 118 Concierge made booking our cruise and stay trip to Miami and Caribbean an absolute pleasure. Having mobility issues, Barry made all the necessary arrangements for me at both airports , the hotel and accessible cabin on board NCL AQUA , together with transport from airport in Miami to the hotel. “I was very impressed with Kym Bacon of Cruise 188, she returned my calls and promptly and efficiently organised my future cruise, listening to our needs exactly, on a Sunday evening too. “Very pleasant experience. After having trouble trying to arrange cruise on line we phoned and Ellie was able to put us at ease. She was knowledgeable and completed the booking without any further hassle even including the online discount. Subsequent correspondence has been equally precise and helpful. “Shelley Brackenbury, a very pleasant lady, warm and courteous. As soon as I identify myself, she recognised I had a previous bookings through her. She always tried her best within her authority to get me the best deal. In between booking, she asked about our recent cruise to Norwegian fjiords.
