“Booked our cruise with agent Brittany who was very friendly and gave lots of information about our booking. She did a price match with Seascanner which was great. The next day wanted to add the drinks package but was told only could do this by paying the full price of £49 per day. If we had booked the drinks package at time of booking it would have been discounted with cruise118. This would save us approximately £67 on the booking. Would be good if cruise118 gave some leeway especially within 24 hours of booking.”

“They made me happy by EVENTUALLY sorting the cruise for my budget. I have used 118 twice for large bookings so was sad it took so long to get to where we needed to be! If you don't look after your customers you will lose them!”

“Didn't like the fact that the web price kept changing, mostly going up. Thankfully Stephanie got me a better price than any of them and so I booked. Ditch that pricing strategy as it's more likely to put people off I would say.”
