“I contacted cruise 118 on the 26th June interested in a cruise for October, I had a wonderful lady called Briony who was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. What I really liked there was no pressure at all, we had time to consider our options and left to make our own decision. Excellent service.”

“Both Amy, who sorted out the issues we were having booking online and Kym, who sorted out the issues you were experiencing processing online payments, were extremely professional and friendly. “Absolutely outstanding customer service from both staff members I spoke with. Couldn’t be more helpful and that’s why I come back every year. “Dealt with Daniel Norris who was excellent. I have booked with cruise 118 brfore, but have been using cruise Kings over the last few years. I think it’s because I got a good deal and booked with them. However Daniel has kept in touch with me and when I sent him the quote from cruise Kings, he was able to match it and make it a little bit better. I felt his service his understanding of what I wanted his knowledge of cruise ships et cetera was excellent and with this it will make me go to Daniel in future . He is a great ambassador for your company.”

“Scarlett helped find us the cruise we wanted and went the extra mile to find and secure the one room left. The price was competitive and she was very quick and helpful with all queries. Cannot fault the service so far and looking forward to going on this cruise now. All other team members we spoke to in the course of the three days we were trying to find this cruise were also very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Would highly recommend and will most likely be booking my cruises with cruise 118 from now on”

“I have used Cruise 118 several times before and their service has always been excellent. They have been happy to deal with my many changes and additionsto packages. For this Cruise, I called to ask some questions about cabin types on a ship New to us. Aimee, was more than happy to investigate my queries and it turned out. It was not suitable for us. I investigated the available similar Cruises and called her back. She took me through the complete and comprehensive process of booking it with her there and then including the add-ons that I wish to purchase and doing everything she could to help me and make the process easy. So five stars to Aimee. I know Aimee is not the only Cruise118 concierge who provides excellent service so well done to all of them!”
