“Spoke to Sian who was most helpful. I contacted her several times to adjust the quote with amended details and she was very patient. The cruise chosen was subsequently booked. I’ve used cruise 118 before and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.”

“Good competitive price & easy to book online however the confirmation of booking I've received says its a 14 day cruise when its only 11 which means the itinerary I've received on the confirmation of booking is also incorrect - attention to detail is sadly lacking”

This was due to an itinerary display issue where multiple destinations taking place on the same day were listed as separate days, making the sailing appear longer than it is. The cruise is 11 nights, and we’re very sorry this was not reflected accurately. A corrected confirmation has now been sent. “We’ve not used 118 for a few years now because of some bad experiences we had in the past However, on this occasion the service we received was excellent compared with the past. Bryony Lightfoot was very helpful and although the booking involved extra requests, Bryony handled it very well and we managed to get exactly what we needed. Would recommend dealing with Bryony in the future”
