“Cruise118 had this amazing offer for a dream trip to Australia & New Zealand in 2028. It was so easy to talk to an advisor and in a relatively short period of time have the deal booked and my deposit paid. Claire was so well trained and her customer service skills excellent. To add to this, I already had a trip to Australia booked and fortunately got my deposit back. I couldn’t let this deal go and am booked with my preferred cruise line also. So pleased with Cruise118”

“This was A very good booking experiance.Andrea was very helpful and made the booking procedure uncomplicated for us.This is one of many cruises we have booked and before phoning 118 had a very bad cruise consultant with another company,it was our usual compzny but never had such an aggresive and rude consultant on line,needless to say they lost a booking and 118 gained us for this and future bookings Will definately be recommending to others. The service,price and curteous manner of the agent was 2nd to none.”
