“This will be our first ever cruise so I’d already done quite a bit of research and planning. Cruise118.com was highly recommended & I had a lovely chat with Bryony who was very helpful in booking this holiday for us. I felt it was important to speak to someone who has experience of going on cruises & in particular the type of cruise ship we were going on. “I had been struggling to find a cruise as had limited dates and a specific airport in mind. Having tried 3 other TA’s I went to Cruise 118 and Brilliantly they found me two cruises!! “Absolutely first class. Dale stayed with us for ages, looking at lots of options. He was patient & so pleasantly tolerant of us checking different itineraries & held a conference call so we could all confirm with ease.
