“Not being IT literate I phoned Kate to request information regarding shore excursions related to a forthcoming cruise and how to obtain the required information. Kate was extremely helpful and was able to download an Email re. two of our port calls, suggested ways of accessing the information, and, should I not be able to gain access, suggested that I could phone her again tomorrow for further help. I was very grateful for her patience and I have subsequently been able to acquire the necessary information. Very many thanks for your help Kate.”

“I first made contact with this company following an internet search. From the outset I don’t think I could have been handled more courteously by Kym. I have neither cruised nor travelled all inclusive before! Kym displayed endless patience while navigating her way through my endless queries. She followed up on her first quote with an email and was happy to provide alternative quotes before reviewing one quote and being prepared to better it, which she did! Thank you Kym for an extraordinarily wonderful service and guiding us through our endless queries. It’s a pity our first cruise is so far in the future. Your enthusiasm was so evident from the beginning! We look forward to sharing our experience with you on our return!!”

“We booked our Christmas cruise this year through Georgina Dawkins at Cruising 118, and she has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Georgina was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful in making sure everything was perfect for us. She went above and beyond to secure us a brilliant upgrade, found us the best possible deal, and even arranged a lovely hotel that’s conveniently close to where our family will be staying. “This will be our first ever cruise so I’d already done quite a bit of research and planning. Cruise118.com was highly recommended & I had a lovely chat with Bryony who was very helpful in booking this holiday for us.
