“First time user, we found it very easy, phone call answered quickly, we knew which cruise we wanted, had checked the cruise line website and got their online price, we then went to Cruise118 and told them what the cruise site were offering and we received a substantial discount from then, service of booking was excellent, immediate conformation, their agent Rob was very knowledgable and helpful.”

“I rang to check out cruises for late September or October spoke to John who was very helpful & found possible suitable cruises he emailed me these to discuss with the couple we are cruising with, as he was away for a few days after that, he introduced me to his colleague, Katja, she has been excellent in guiding me through the booking process & assisting with some queries, excellent service thank you.”

“So far so good.! I normally book through another agent, but when they had told me that the price had increased - I decided to make a comparison with Cruise 118. They beat the original price from the other agent and I was able to book immediately. The guy was brilliant and sorting the same cabins, the process was very efficient and friendly.
