“Well I have been looking at a cruise for a while to Norwegian fjords and they all came back as too expensive. My friend who used 118 give me a call and said to try you. The very same day i spoke to Daniel he was very helpful, knew exactly what I wanted and I booked my holiday with you”

“I have been with Cruise118 for over a decade and they continue to be amazing. The customer service is excellent. You are guaranteed to get the best price deal especially if you are a loyal customer. You get to speak with real people . Not automated services like some cruise agent services I have heard about. I have booked several MSC cruises with Cruise118 and I get much better deals compared to booking with MSC direct . Even if you have any complaints with a cruise line, like I have with MSC cruise the customer relations team will step in and make sure your complaint is resolved. Helen Conway customer relations executive , David and Rebecca customer service agents have all gone over and above the call of duty. They have been professional, kind and extremely supportive . I always recommend Cruise 118 to family, friends and people I meet on cruises complaining about the price they had paid for the same cruise .”

“Spoke with Andrea, she was more than happy to price a couple of cabins, to find which suited, not only us, but our pocket . “WE WISHED TO BOOK ONE CABIN FOR MY WIFE AND ME AND ONE FOR MY SON. ON LINE IT WAS NOT ABLE TO BOOK AS ONE TRANSACTION. I CALLED THE SALES REP AND SHE COULD ONLY BOOK MY SONS CABIN AT THE ON LINE PRICE AND I HAD TO BOOK MY CABIN ON LINE AS SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME THE ONLINE PRICE, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. SALES REP VERY HELPFUL. DEFEATED THE OBJECT WE GOT TWO SEPARATE BOOKINGS.”
