“Very pleasant experience. After having trouble trying to arrange cruise on line we phoned and Ellie was able to put us at ease. She was knowledgeable and completed the booking without any further hassle even including the online discount. Subsequent correspondence has been equally precise and helpful. “The whole process of booking this cruise was super easy because of the help of the Cruise 118 team. They had answers to all of our questions, as first time cruisers and also managed to match another quote and also add in 2 nights in Rome!! Excellent service.”

“Shelley Brackenbury, a very pleasant lady, warm and courteous. As soon as I identify myself, she recognised I had a previous bookings through her. She always tried her best within her authority to get me the best deal. In between booking, she asked about our recent cruise to Norwegian fjiords. “Had to ring 118 due to a problem booking online. Hannah Chisnall was absolutely BRILLIANT 5*plus, very professional and helpful. Booked our cruise and even gave me the internet discount. “What a great service from Robyn Wild. Robyn help explain each item, packaging a taylor made option for me again and again and did not loose patience. We discussed many options and with her expert knowledge help me decide what was best for me. We looked at pricing and achieved a great package at a really competitive price. So I am very pleased. “This morning I had my tour operator Chris Shamwana answer all my holiday cruise questions answered. I can't thank this Lady enough, we had lots of different questions including where to store out cases when leaving our ship early morning with a whole day wait untill our flight late that night.in Greece. No question was to much and she has now put me at ease to look forward to our up and coming cruise. Polite, knowledgeable, professional and so easy to talk to. Thank you so much Chris.”

“I telephoned Cruise 118 to make a booking on a Norwegian Cruise Line Escape cruise which my son is working on as a performer. I wanted to book for myself, my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson with adjoining rooms. The agent who dealt with my booking, Cara, was extremely helpful, talking me through all the options and helping with flights and New York hotel bookings as well.”

“Having spent the last few days researching our cruise, it was such a relief to find Cruise118. I had become used to illogical websites; companies not returning telephone calls; and expected emails not arriving. I entered a web chat with Ellie on the Cruise118 website and was very pleased to find that she was a real person, and not a chat bot. She offered to telephone me, and did so promptly. Ellie Bridges was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions, and nothing was too much trouble. She found the best price for us, and we are delighted. “Recently returned from our Celebrity cruise with a pre cruise stay in Barcelona. Andy booked everything for us---very helpful and efficient.The hotel even upgraded us to a suite since it was our 55th anniversary!
