“Kym you are an absolute superstar and such a pleasure to deal with. Kym always goes above and beyond and the efficiency with how quick she deals with quotes and queries is amazing. Kym is really helpful and so friendly and makes the process of booking a cruise so easy. I did need to make a cabin change and that was no problem to Kym and dealt with as soon as the cruise company opened the next day. I would highly recommend cruise 118 not only for their customer service, but also for their competitive prices. Thanks Kym”

“Initial contact was via chat session, clarify the situation, stating cruise was after and price I had from online. Sian updated the chat and price available - agreed on this and then phoned me to make the booking. Very friendly - explained the situation as we went through the booking process. Definitely recommend.”

“Great service very easy to do business with, agent was professional but also warm and friendly. After sale service and communication has been great. Had a problem logging in to manage my booking, this problem solved by team very quickly. Seems a good company to do business with and price of cruise was great beat both other well known companies that we tend to use regularly.”
