“This was the third cruise we have booked through Shelley in the last year. She does such a good job that we go straight to her when we want to book our next cruise. Very knowledgeable, great communication, easy to work with and reliable; when Shelley tells you she will call back, she does. Makes booking cruises a breeze.”

“We have had numerous booking with Cruise 118 and we would not even consider using another company. The rentable, efficient and attentive to our needs. They always deliver a perfect package for us that fills us either excitement and awe. Last year we were unfortunate enough to be turned back mid flight what war in the Middle East started. Your adviser spent the best part of Saturday evening arranging alternative flights enabling us to catch the cruise. Our current adviser Stephanie Mather is absolutely first class”

“Shelley provided excellent customer service booking a cruise for ourselves and also an accessible cabin for family travelling with us, she checked prices and worked to get the best cabin and prices available Shelley was also able to update us on a booking we had made on board previously that had been transferred to cruise118. Very pleasant and extremely helpful thank you”

“Appalling customer service. From the outset gave a good price but when the documents arrived they were WRONG and excessive. Tried to contact the agent by email 4 times NO RESPONSE. Finally had to contact the CEO at World travel holdings they must own Cruise 118 very confusing , I advise people to think again about Cruise 118”

“Well I just know what I want when I call the cruise company. It was Stevie Newell whom answered my call. She gave me all the correct information. Checked my name on records as I have booked number of cruises through cruise 118. She was helpful and patience. She got me a balcony cabin and was truthful to tell me that though the price is good but there is obstruction. She suggested I add £10 more pp to get an upgraded balcony cabin but unobstructed. So I did and in fact I got upgraded grade , a better cabin. Thanks to Stevie advice and her good service. She definitely know what she is doing in helping customer get a better deal.”
