“I use 118 a lot iBook most of my cruises with them they usually get me booked they are very good when I need some extra info they are happy to help”

“Never used this company before but we will be doing in future. Very impressed with their efficient calm free helpful attitude especially the lady who dealt with our booking Jennifer Stevenson. We’ve not been on our cruise which is at the end of November but it’s all gone like clockwork with registering our details on line and receiving our boarding time. Many thanks to Cruise 118.com”

“We found Natasha to be very helpful and informative. We spoke about the cruise we were interested in and then asked for time to discuss it between myself and my wife. “This is the second time I have use Cruise118 and I will definitely use them again. I started my booking enquiry with Sian just on the chat and she was super efficient. We soon progressed to her sending me email quotes and I have to say, the price quoted for an MSC Cruise was too good to resist. Needing to discuss the holiday with my husband, I arranged for a follow up call from Cruise118 on the Sunday at 2pm and dead on 2pm I received my call, went through everything again and booked. Superb!”

“Have booked with Cruise 118 a number of times. I like being greeted by my name before being transferred to a concierge. Jen was extremely helpful and called back at the agreed time. She helped select the best suite and there was a good saving on the MSC price. Confirmation of all booking followed by e.mail shortly after booking. As usual the customer service was excellent.”
