“This is our 1st cruise, we are going with friends who put us in touch with cruise 118. Very helpful lady, Kym Bacon. Took the time to explain every detail & offer advice where we needed some guidance. Had linked our booking with our friends, to try and make it easier for us. If we enjoy this experience, which I am sure we will, will definitely be back for more, and will use cruise 118 again.”

“I have always had good service from you but this time so many things were wrong with the booking and I had to ring many many times to have the errors amended. disappointing experience this time which will make me reconsider using you again. there are several months before we cruise so keeping fingers crossed tightly that nothing else goes wrong before we go.”
