From the initial enquiry through to completion of the booking, the whole experience was excellent and sales concierge - Bethany Tomlinson - was so helpful and lovely, answering all of our questions and queries. We would recommend Cruise 118 to anyone else looking for a cruise, and special shout out to Bethany who was great.

I had been struggling to find a cruise as had limited dates and a specific airport in mind. Having tried 3 other TA’s I went to Cruise 118 and Brilliantly they found me two cruises!! Their cruise expert was friendly, approachable and so helpful!! He checked and double checked everything!! Thank you Dale !!! 10/10.. A+++

Absolutely first class. Dale stayed with us for ages, looking at lots of options. He was patient & so pleasantly tolerant of us checking different itineraries & held a conference call so we could all confirm with ease. He went above & beyond, explaining everything, checking with us & we felt so relieved to have Dale as our concierge. Thank you Dale.

I spoke to a young man, who came across as not having a clue. The web site said flights, hotel, and all inclusive cruise were included. He then broke it down to flight costs, hotel costs. I left the phone call thoroughly confused.

118 says, "Please be aware that amending a package booking can incur additional costs. The prices displayed online typically apply to new bookings, and any changes to an existing reservation may be subject to amendment fees, as outlined in our terms and conditions." So I accept there may be amendment fees or even additional costs but let's think about this. An agent had to do 3 things - speak to the cruise line, book a hotel and book low cost cost flights - I priced these at just over £600 - so is 118 really saying it cost them over £1000 to make this amendment or are they simply overcharging? It appears they are PROFITEERING and TAKING ADVANTAGE. This is EXTORTIONATE and UNFAIR. You are treating customers as CASH COWS. There are no cost breakdowns offered - hiding behind a wall of opacity. They dis not say that making an amendment results in extortionate charges and nor do their T and Cs say this. If £1000 extra isn't extortionate, I do not know what is. No explanation given for why the cost of a cruise should differ depending on whether it's a new booking or one chosen later as an amendment. Cruise 118 is ripping off customers This is not industry standard - other booking companies charge a small amendment fee and sell the cruise that is chosen as an alternative at the price that is available on the day not at £1000 extra. As for Insurance - yes I have it but as 118 knows it is not going to cover me for caring for my elderly mother unless she suddenly dies when I am due to go on the cruise - charlatans and hard hearted too. They have one interest - selling cruises and fail to help customers

Exceptional service as always from Cruise 118. Jen was able to put a once in a lifetime experience together for my husband and I in an afternoon. From a cruise around Hawaii, on to a cruise around Alaska and finally travelling from Vancouver to Calgary to Toronto before returning to Scotland. She listened to my requests regarding ships, accommodation, land travel and the sights we wanted included. There is even time to amend if we wish before we undertake this 5 week holiday in the summer of 2027. Knowing that we have this planned well in advance is reassuring regarding the cost and the fact it is through a well established company. Jen was so knowledgeable and she was as pleased as we were that she could this for us. Couldn't ask for anything more.....
