“On the whole the last time we were on P&O Azura, the service was pretty good and for a reasonable price. However the air conditioning in our cabin malfunctioned and we were supplied with an ordinary fan instead! Besides the library was extremely noisy with shouting and comings and goings all the time. We were also denied a table for 2 at the restaurant, although we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I think that there ought to be a proper chapel on board, and believe it is a shame that one has to pay extra for an ice cream! We shall be aboard again on the Azura on the 13th April and hope that non of these shortcomings will be experienced.”

“This is based on the sales experience I received. Hayley was attentive, polite and thorough. She listened to what I needed and made strong efforts to improve pricing offers in a competitive situation.
