“I’ve never booked with Cruise 118 before. I dealt with Sian and she was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She checked different cabin grades and multiple flight options to get us what we wanted. Would definitely use cruise 118 again.”

“I needed to book a flash sale cruise and unlike other cruise companies I was able to get through without much of a wait. Kenneth MacConachie was really patient (I kept changing my mind on flights and hotels), but he was able to price up different scenarios and ended up saving me over £300. He was calm, polite and friendly and did not rush my decision.”

“First booking with this company and it was for a last minute holiday we had spent hours trying to find something to fit inflexible dates. “Dealing with the Cruise118 concierge was a pleasure. Daniel Norris was wholly focused on providing us with the best possible solution to our booking enquiry. He was knowledgeable and professional, complimented with a most pleasant and patient manner. He followed up promptly and timely on all pending aspects and ensured we we were satisfied with all his recommendations. However, another concierge dealing with a follow up call was not of the same calibre and standard leaving us with a doubt at the end of the call. Clearly, we haven’t taken the holiday yet so we wait to see if all the follow up actions and promised arrangements work out satisfactorily. This is our 1st dealing with Cruise118 and the impressions are good.”
