I spoke with 3 different people at different times to try and get my cruise booked, each one promised to get back to me with a quote but none of them did. The first one was working from home and had no email facility and the next two weren’t qualified to put together a package and had to consult a supervisor. After 3 weeks of failed attempts I decided to have one last go at it, I spoke to an agent called Jason who was very switched on and got a quote for me straight away. I booked my cruise on Wednesday 3rd August to depart on 27th December and paid my £800 deposit. The following day I received an email to say the balance was overdue and that my trip would be at risk if I didn’t pay immediately. Not good Cruise 118. Get people back in offices, you know you can do better.

Great service from Shelley Brackenbury of Cruise118.She was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole experience of booking our cruise with her an enjoyable one and not a stressful one.We shopped around for this cruise and Shelley secured us the best possible deal as well. Shelley also explained to us that if anything happened to this holiday for what ever reason then the whole package is covered and we could get a full refund or re schedule it.So a big thankyou to Shelley and the Cruise118 team

Hello, I haven't been happy at all with the service provided by your company. we are due to go our our Alaskan cruise and also booked the Rocky Mountaineer with you. I had requested extra leg room seats when I booked this holiday and I have tried on many occasions to enquiry about these and left numerous messages for a call back. I didn't receive a response. As soon as the balance of the holiday was paid, nobody was interested in us and I think this is appalling considering the cost of my holiday. I have had to make several long lengthy calls to the airline to try and upgrade my seats which has been another nightmare. I have booked several cruises with your company and I no longer feel comfortable in booking any further cruises with you.
