“Customer service was very good - agent called back when she said she would and sorted us a great price. However this was not the advertised website price which was advertised as including perks which turned out NOT to be the case. . Very misleading Cruise 118- trading standards would be interested I think!”

“Jen exuded confidence, enthusiasm, knowledge and helpfulness throughout the whole booking process and completely put our minds at ease about our booking. She sorted everything out and was very clear about every step. I later thought of a couple of specific questions which I emailed to her, and she replied with the answers within minutes. She was a joy to deal with.”
