Kieran was very helpful with us trying to reduce our 32 day trip to 31 as if you are over 70 years the insurance premiums are considerably more. He sorted out our problem with great courtesy and patience. I do feel that travel companies should make clients aware of this problem as our annual worldwide policy did not cover our trip.

Gavin great at supporting the booking and giving excellent advice. Would use Gavin again. Problem with cruise change by NCL which affected flights but customer services Jess good to communicate and sorted the flight and accommodation change with no cost. Very good service. Thank you.

The actual cruise ship and service was excellent, but I brought a Louis Vuitton Handbag at rather an expensive cost and within 1 month the leather strap completely snapped!!!! I honestly don’t think it was a genuine Louie Vuitton as it should last a life time Trying to contact and get it refunded is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE, My advice Don’t purchase expensive items on ship !!! Kieran Green was so helpful and accommodating of my many questions. He was clearly knowledgeable and fully supportive of my needs. When he wasn’t available, he made me aware so I didn’t feel like I was being left waiting unnecessarily. Great service!

We booked a P&O cruise through 118 rather than booking direct because of the customer service. I can always speak to someone from 118 within a reasonable time, or online whereas it’s not unusual to be on hold for an hour with P&O. I spoke to Jessica today with a complex query and she solved it immediately. Definitely recommend!

Our contact with Cruise 118 was Dale Robinson, I cannot praise him enough, we had a few changes that we wanted to make, and Dale dealt with everything in a professional manner. He called me to say that he was still waiting for details, which was good and kept us up to date. We regularly travel abroad on cruises and would be happy to call Dale in the future to book again.

Although our cruise was booked through cruise 118’s sister company Jess picked up the problem when our cruise itinerary was changed hugely. She amended so many details and kept it within our budget. The attention to detail was incredible. Thank you for your help And reassurance
