“I have been dealing with Jess and there has been a change to our itenary meaning we lose a day on our forthcoming cruise. As soon as I contacted Cruise118, Jess immediately contacted the cruise line and was able to confirm this change. She got to work on finding out the new price making sure we still wanted this cruise and didn't want to change as was our right. Jess did everything quickly and with much politeness. Responded to emails quickly and I am really thankful for her excellent service.”

“We love Shelley at Cruise118! Shelley understood exactly what we wanted from our holiday, was able to package together various options...and we've now booked our Caribbean cruise!! Shelley has awesome tips and advice about various destinations and cruise lines - she is so personable, friendly, professional and totally 'gets' us. “Robyn from Cruise 118 was an absolute star. So helpful so clear and a lovely friendly manner. She was super professional explaining everything and even managed to tweak our booking so we can spend longer in Sydney seeing family . Everything was confirmed quickly and securely. I cannot praise her enough she is a tremendous asset to Cruise 118 do look after her !”

“I had spent a number of days ringing different cruise companies to seek some quotes with little success. I then rang cruise 118. Daniel was so helpful coming up with ideas and suggestions. Within 30 minutes Daniel had found a cruise for us at a very reasonable price. Daniel was so professional and helpful. Would highly recommend”
