“Cruise 118 was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I called them to enquire about a cruise. I spoke with super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly Dale Robinson. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept me informed and promptly answered all my queries. I booked a cruise and wouldn't hesitate to call Dale for future bookings, he's a credit to Cruise 118 and has restored my faith in delivering excellent customer service.”

“First, I went to a travel agent to talk about cruises and was uninspired - then I happened upon Cruise 118 and was blown away by the difference. Daniel Norris is such a great person to be talking to about cruises. He gave me such an insight into his experiences that it really guided what holiday I might want to book. He worked tirelessly to get me a good price for the perfect cruise. I would highly recommend this company and particularly Daniel.”

“Ryan tailored our request for a cruise & railway journey. He got back to us with the details which was within our budget. As we are relatively new to cruising he explained the finer details of cruises. I would have scored 5 but unfortunately the previous concierge never got back to us after our initial enquiry which is very unlike 118. Overall happy but please make sure that concierges do get back to you on the initial enquiry. Thank you 118.”

“I dealt with Daniel Norris who was most helpful and pleasant. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He listened to my speck and acted accordingly looking up cruises and availability in the area requested. I have booked the holiday and am well pleased.”

“After so much research and getting confused I decided to phone 118 and spoke with Shelley, she explained everything she asked if I had any more questions, she is sorting out my car park for me , sent all my emails with half hour , nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Shelley”

“I spoke with Shelley to enquire about a cruise which my partner and I wanted to book. We had lots of questions and wanted a holiday tailored to us. “Super pleased with Cruise 118 and looking forward to my family cruise on Princess in April. The booking process was simple and the price was fantastic. I wanted to make some changes and add ons after booking, and I have been dealing with the fantastic Chloe Barlow, she is so friendly, helpful and she really knows her stuff!
