“I cannot fault Robyn’s service today, she was so helpful when I was asking about all the different options available to us and getting us the best available rooms also to coincide with friends of ours who are on the same cruise. This will be our first ever cruise so I was full of questions and she had all the answers for me.”

“First, I went to a travel agent to talk about cruises and was uninspired - then I happened upon Cruise 118 and was blown away by the difference. Daniel Norris is such a great person to be talking to about cruises. He gave me such an insight into his experiences that it really guided what holiday I might want to book. He worked tirelessly to get me a good price for the perfect cruise. I would highly recommend this company and particularly Daniel.”

“Ryan tailored our request for a cruise & railway journey. He got back to us with the details which was within our budget. As we are relatively new to cruising he explained the finer details of cruises. I would have scored 5 but unfortunately the previous concierge never got back to us after our initial enquiry which is very unlike 118. Overall happy but please make sure that concierges do get back to you on the initial enquiry. Thank you 118.”
