“I am feed up with after every contact with your company I am rang it's insulting to your staff who if they did not do a good job would am sure be reported and the word concierge is a caretaker so why call your staff that word they are cruise sales persons seems better to me as each time I here conceige I cringe now I've booked 2 cruises with you so keep up good work”
