“Brittany was really helpful and came back very quickly with replies to our many queries. She was very attentive to our needs and, as novice cruisers, helped put our minds at rest about various aspects and what to expect on our holiday. The website was a bit flaky at the time so it was really useful to speak to somebody to discuss the holiday.”

“Booked with Lyndsey on this occasion and found her to be very helpful indeed. Nothing was a problem and her knowledge and expertise on all things cruising was great. We have booked with Cruise 118 on a number of occasions now and are glad to say that we have never had a bad experience the team are always polite, helpful, informative and above all make you feel like they are nearly booking for themselves as they try to get you the best possible deal and the best possible solution for what you want. “Consultation with Ann was unhurried and every effort was made to achieve my requests. Full explanations of procedures and advice on the selected cruise ship was very helpful and showed a good in depth of knowledge. It was an unhurried procedure and followed up by swift delivery of all relevant paperwork. Would certainly use this company again even though their eye catching pricing for the unwary could easily be mistaken for what you will actually end up paying. As this appears to be common practice in all marketing material in many industries, I very much doubt if any company would be willing to change it. Having said that I will certainly be giving them a chance to quote for my future cruise bookings.”

“Amazing customer service!! Unfortunately due to covid we had to cancel our cruise with P&O. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Jolie and the FCC was in our P&O account within 72 hours. We have already rebooked the cruise again next year through Cruise 118, again this was dealt with professionally and minimal fuss. Thank you to Jolie!!”

“I am so happy that i booked with 118 i booked with them once before but i cannot prize them enough for all there help as we are elderly and finding it harder to deal with all the info. that goes with booking a cruise , we have cruised at least 10 times but since covic more stressfull booking but 118 team has taken all the worry away and done most of it for us hoping to go on a cruise christmas so brarce yourselfs 118 i will be back regards Mrs J M Redwood.”

“The agent I spoke to (Shelley Brackenbury) was extremely helpful and lovely to talk to. After a very unhelpful and rude agent from a different cruise Company I wasn't sure what to expect, I needn't have worried. This being my first cruise Shelly didn't seem to mind how many questions I asked and she knew all the answers. Because of Shelley I choose to go with Cruise118.”
