“In the last week I've booked a Christmas Cruise with Daniel Norris at Cruise 118, and he was super helpful in finding me the best price and letting me know all of the details as a first-time cruiser! The booking process was smooth and simple, and we're just continuing to hope and pray that Covid lays low and we're able to fly out for our Caribbean Christmas Cruise on Symphony with no issues!!”

“Very long process to make booking, we’ve had to send multiple amendments as names were wrong and titles incorrect. I cannot currently log into my booking online either. I hope this isn’t the start of a bad cruise experience.”

“After many attempts to get through to crusie 118 and i fanally git through on the 11.06.32 only to be disconnected without my issues being resolved after talking to a fiona. I called today and spoke to a lovely advisor kelise Hodson who went above and beyond to help with my enquiries she was polite and helpful she agreed to call Ms back if we got disconnected and helped me with all of my enquiries great customer service and brilliant work ethic many thanks Kelise.”

“I received good attention but fell into a difference of opinion with Fred Olsen staff over their interpretation of the "Jubilee" offer. However some 48 hours later with help from Cruise 18 staff and a drafted email to Customer Care at Fred Olsen the issue has been resolved with Fred Olsen admitting their m original mistake and correcting the situation”
