“We’ve used Cruise 118 before and everything went really well. A big ‘shout out’ and thanks to Georgina Dawkins who helped us every step of the way booking our cruise for September 2022. Georgina went well beyond the normal expected from a concierge and made our booking process stress free.”

“Given our inital cruise was cancelled and then we had to cancel 2nd time due to itinerary change we were feeling very deflated Jen was very understanding and spent time with us going through various options until we got the perfect package for our budget ready for next April. Nothing was too much for her looking at different cruises, hotels & flights Fingers crossed Hawaii here we come next year 3rd time lucky thank you Jen for your patience making sure our bucket list holiday of a lifetime was right for us”

“Booking a new cruise is easy with Cruise118, staff answer the phones quickly and are efficient and knowledgeable, would recommend. However, trying to contact customer services with a query on an existing cruise is a different story, long, long waits on the phone, emails to concierge desk go unanswered, special occasion requests do not get actioned or passed on to cruise company. Hopefully this is temporary and staff numbers will increase soon and service will improve.”
