“We have used 118 over the years but stopped using as your service/business model appeared to change and I could get the same offers direct. The personal service seemed to have gone - then HEY PRESTO Paula Molloy answers the phone - follows up and uses her experience to make recommendations - as a result been we just booked two holidays. This is only because of Paula I would highly recommend her thank you she is a credit to your organisation.”

“This would of been 1 star but the lady who actually did my booking was amazing Lindsey she deserves 5. I phoned to make a booking to get told someone will call me back within 3 weeks!!! I then got put through to someone called Hayley who to be honest the way she answered the phone and spoke to me I actually hung up and I am out off using this company again”

“Lorraine Smith was an absolute star with customer service. Extremely helpful and nothing but really excellent support with our holiday. There were a number of problems that arose that were unforseen that we needed support and understanding with and she dealt with them in a positive way providing the help and support we needed. We have booked with Cruise 118 for many years now and have always found the service to be excellent. Highly recommend them and if you are lucky enough to get Lorraine to assist you in anyway then rest assured she will arrange everything to a very high standard!”

“Have never previously used 118 .however I tried to book a cruise with my current agent .they were abrupt and said there were NO balconies available.remembered watching a a video which John fronted and decided to call What a breath of fresh air to deal with an interested and knowledgeable agent. Managed to book 2 balcony cabins with absolutely no fuss .very impressed”
