“Really friendly in the phone , very helpful and easy to book this way , there was just one thing that I think , and that’s there were no coach or on board spend or anything else including with this booking , and had I booked it directly with p&o would have got a better deal ( better room with on board spend or free coach travel worth £240 from where we live to Southampton so price wise it wasn’t any cheaper in the end”

“I booked two cruises. One was booked as requested but the other one not. We asked for a port side cabin but we’re given one on the starboard side. It was corrected on the same day but the absence of an explanation or an apology was disappointing.”

“After trying unsuccessfully to book a fly cruise we decided to try Cruise 118 which proved to be a good move. Georgina was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and quickly found us flights and cruise. We had been contacting other cruise providers during the past week and have booked several cruises in the past but the customer service from Georgina was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very easy to talk to and very efficient. Cruise 118 will certainly be our first 'port of call' in the future.”
