“Karoline Barrett was so friendly and helpful with booking our recent 14 night cruise on Iona, finding us the perfect location onboard with our 2 interconnecting balcony cabins. “Our trip has been booked but we have been left a little bit disappointed as the trip needed updating to match what we asked for and we were told we would have. Would like to have a full price breakdown of costs. Hopefully, Cruise118 will inform us about onboard discounted offers.”

“I actually deal with Six Star Cruises and that is who I phoned. So I was surprised to find the booking was made with Cruise118. I guess they are all the same company. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and patient and the booking was successfully completed. The only problem was that her phone signal kept breaking up but we managed in the end!”

“My booking clerk was really helpful and joined in my exciting. We're travelling with family so it was a little more difficult finding the right amount of rooms in proximity to each other but she was never phased. In fact she was great.”
