“So far so good, booking was sorted by the agent, very well , minor issue with flights which involved me calling up agency a couple of days later, and it was sorted straight away, happ day, very impressed overall”

“Have never previously used 118 .however I tried to book a cruise with my current agent .they were abrupt and said there were NO balconies available.remembered watching a a video which John fronted and decided to call What a breath of fresh air to deal with an interested and knowledgeable agent. Managed to book 2 balcony cabins with absolutely no fuss .very impressed”

“Phoned Andrea for a quote, she came back very promptly, managed to secure cabin we wanted, all queries were answered promptly and the booking was made. Definitely would use Andrea and Cruise118 again. Initial enquiry was to Andrea by email, and was followed up by phone calls.”

“I spoke to a man called Kenneth McConachie and he was so nice. He gave me all the quotes I wanted and didn't pressurise at all to book. He called back at an agreed time and multiple times after until it was convenient. He was so patient with me. He was super clear with all the details and did everything he could to give us the best possible options within the budget we had. The only reason for a markdown was due to payment. I paid the deposit and then 10 minutes later got a call to pay the full balance. To then get a third call to say that our two separate bookings couldn't get on the same flight. Kenneth did everything he could to get us all on the same flight and cruise 118 split the cost difference of gaining the additional flights from Royal Caribbean. Not ideal but still the risks of a live system, I say a worker should never blame his tools but this is an exception! Thanks Kenneth”
