“I made an initial telephone enquiry with Caroline in the afternoon about a group booking for 3 couples and she gave me all the information I needed. We got together that evening and called back and spoke to Shelly who made the booking for us. She made sure she had all our correct information and understood our requirements and allocated 3 adjoining cabins for us which was great. We passed the phone around and all paid individually. Both Caroline and Shelly were so pleasant and helpful and the overall booking experience couldn’t have been better. Thank you both. Tim”

This was done quickly, efficiently co operatively and in a friendly communicative manner. I would highly recommend Cruise 118, having used them several times.
