“Amazing service from Lorraine. We were very dubious at the price on the website and you had to call to book, I was expecting the prices to be totally expensive and was pleasantly surprised. Lorraine got us the holiday of a lifetime at a amazing price for my husbands 60th next march. I wi be booking all my cruises through them from now on.”

“We are very excited to have booked a big family cruise with 118. Daniel Norris could not have been more helpful. The communication was just fabulous, (even on his day off!) Daniel made sure that we got the best deal. I would highly recommend booking via 118 and if you can talk to Daniel Norris even better!”

“I was very impressed with my first experience of Cruise118.com. I didn't have to hold for long then go through to Hannah (my Cruise Concierge). I loved that Hannah gave me her direct line from the start. She was very attentive to my needs and what I was hoping for and there and then discussed some options, she was very professional, relatable and sounded knowledgeable and competent. When I asked if she could email her suggestions to me, so my husband and I could review them together, she was happy to. I didn't feel pressured, just supported. My family and I are very excited about our upcoming Cruise this summer. Thank you Hannah and thank you Cruise118!”
