“Although rep who took original booking was friendly and helpful, I felt a little let down by the failure to send the mobility questionair I need to Know I can take y mobility scooter befor I pay the balance (27th Feb) after a 28 min wait I was able to speak to another rep and have now got it and returned it Minor irritation but important to me!”

“So bitterly disappointed. After not being called back with queries on our first attempt to book we called back and we’re told we would get a call that afternoon. This did not happen until the next day. To our delight our cruise was booked, only to find the next day when logging onto my p&o with our ref no, that it was for the wrong cruise. We tried to swop it for the correct cruise but this was now sold out and we’ve not been able to book elsewhere. Such a waste of our time and so bitterly disappointed.”

“This is our first cruise, to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, so I wanted it very special as my husband have been very ill over the years. Sam, our call handler, was brilliant. He took time to ensure we have the cruise we always dreamed of, taking into account my husbands disability, and my long list of requirements! Thanx Sam, pass on my compliments to your Manager”
