Jess has been truly brilliant. We had booked a 2 night trip to Guernsey and this had been changed to go to France instead. Jess arranged the refund with MSC for us as I'd recently lost my father and to take extra stress off me during our difficult time. My gratitude to her I can't explain. thank you Jess for everything.

It was so easy to book our cruise with Katie. Katie didn’t want us waiting at the end of a ‘phone whilst she tailored our requirements. Therefore, within half an hour she called back, talked us through everything and the price was what we more or less expected. You are an asset to the Cruise 118 team. Thank you 🙏 Katie.

After paying the full balance before the final payment date of 27/11/23 for a cruise next March on Sky Princess I then tried to book specialty restaurants on the cruise before being fully booked & also some shows. When I tried to go onto my Princess cruise app to book these for four days it was saying that I cannot book them as the balance of the cruise needs to be paid in full. It was paid but Cruise 118 decided to have the money for a few days to make that little bit of interest. I was fobbed off with all different excuses about why the delay was but it all came down to them making excuses but no apology. I certainly will never book through Cruise 118 again and I would advise other people who are looking for a good cruise agent not to use them.

I called Cruise118 to enquire about a cruise that we had seen online for the Sky Princess. Our cruise concierge was Emma Owens was very helpful in getting the cruise booked, and was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. We are now looking forward to the cruise and are happy that we have Emma to ask if we need to make any further enquiries about its progress.
