“Wanted to book a Christmas cruise from Sydney, Shelley was extremely helpful going through the options, prices, pros and cons and covered all questions we had to make an informed decision on what we wanted. She was professional, friendly, attentive and available each time we called and expedited the booking quickly and efficiently. “We booked with cruise 118 in 2024 and everything ran smoothly with Sian as our booking agent so we have returned with a new booking in 2025 and this time Shelley has helped us. “I’ve booked a few cruises with cruise118 and I’ve always had great customer service and that’s why I keep going back. We recently booked our first cruise to the Fjords with Robyn. She was great! She was friendly, helpful and very patient. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot fault!”
