What an excellent company! The chap I was dealing with (Daniel) was extremely attentive and VERY patient. I have never cruised before and he gave me lots of tips plus pitfalls to avoid. I would definitely recommend Cruise 118.

Jessica Adams, the customer service operative, was so incredibly helpful when I needed help after P&O changed the flight I was on, so premium economy was no longer available. She contacted P&O and, although they would not put me on a flight which had premium economy, she did arrange for them to refund me the cost of the flight upgrade and also to change the cruise to the following year. The original booking agent, Karoline, was so friendly and helpful as well. Great service!

Unfortunately due to illness we have had to cancel our cruise. I have to say that Jess Adams, Customer Service Concierge has been most helpful in guiding us through the cancelation procedure. Mrs. S. Wilding.

Spoke with Cruise 118 rep Jennifer Stevenson today who was most helpful in assisting me to book a cruise in the Baltic. Extremely knowledgeable and had personal experience of the cruise ship we had selected. She was able to answer all my questions and advised on things that I hadn’t considered. With a pleasant sense of humour, she was a delight to talk to and a good ambassador for Cruise 118

JUST RETURNED TO CRUISE 118 AFTER A FEW YEARS AWAY. MY CONTACT WAS DALE ROBINSON WHO I MUST SAY WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH. CHECKED A NUMBER OF CRUISES FOR US AND THEN SORTED THE ONE WE DECIDED UPON. VERY PATIENT, VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT. LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING WITH HIM AGAIN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DALE.

Care if booking RCI from Ravenna with Royal. Just back from a lovely cruise on RCI Explorer which was spoilt at the end by the Captain diverting to Trieste falsely blaming the weather, saying no ships could dock at Ravenna. Cruisemapper.com clearly showed Marella Explorer 2 in Ravenna and the BBC app weather showed it to be fine. This then meant getting up at 3AM for a 4.5hr coach trip at 4AM to Bologna for a 12.50PM flight. No drinks or comfort breaks were offered and nor are Cruise118 or Royal that bothered! Also, Cruise118 did not apply onboard credit so I had to waste time out of the holiday sorting that out. We shall not be booking with Cruise118 or Royal again sadly.

It is unfortunate that your cruise line had to change the port for disembarkation, we fully sympathise that you were impacted by a longer transfer than expected, these types of changes are made with passenger safety being a priority. I note that we have reimbursed you the expenses incurred for refreshments and cost of phone calls as a gesture of goodwill.
