“I was looking for a cruise on specific date preferably from Southampton but not P&O. Stephanie found a cruise on the dates we could go - on Celebrity Edge which we have been wanting to cruise on and visiting some ports of call which we have not yet been to including Portofino which is on my bucket list. Very helpful re flights and types of cabin - very pleased with our cruise booking”

“All our cruises are booked through Rachel Halliwell at 118, why, because she is very professional, friendly and always on the other side of the phone if we need to speak to her. Rachel is an asset to 118. I emailed her our request at 9pm, knowing that Rachel would get back first thing next morning, sure enough, she phoned at 9am next day, brilliant service”

“First time booking with Cruise118. I was told I can book a good drinks package direct with Royal Caribbean once signed in. Now told its between $69 ($828pppd) & $89pppd ($1068pppd). I asked about gratuities & now told $12pppd ($144pppd). We are now very worried & struggling to find that sort of money.”
