“We have used Cruise 118 for many years. The service is quick, efficient and saves research on our part. The discount is also useful and we get a better deal than booking direct. We have a good relationship with our cruise concierge and have introduced both family and friends to 118.”

“My cruise lady lexi is very helpful, but I am concerned that my cruise my have to change due to my son who is 17 has to be double vaccinated and it’s not possible in England to do this so may have to cancel due to royal Caribbean not allowing home to travel for his 18th birthday on May 15th”

“despite all that has happened this year and all the difficulites and uncertanties that they have had to deal with, I found that the professionalism and dedication of cruise 118 to have been exceptional. With 2 weeks to go before our holiday and through no fault of ours and no fault of cruise 118`s a bombshell was dropped. Thanks to Sharon, the bomb was swiftly defused and dismantled. Now that is what i call customer service/ Would we book with them again? You can bet your bottom dollar we would. Once again thanks Sharon and all the team”

“Booked an accessible stateroom and paid extra. Only to be told that 118 have not requested this and left in Limbo with no resolution. Very limited knowledge and hours of customer care department. Please exercise caution.”
