We have booked our holiday for December '25 with Cruise118 today. Hannah, who helped us today was very helpful and patient as we were unsure of what we wanted to do regarding the booking. There was no pressure from Hannah, only a very helpful service.

Just booked a cruise through cruise118.com.we have booked many cruises with different travel agents and never really had a problem.When we booked this cruise with 118 our agent was Daniel Norris I have got to tell you we have never had a agent work so hard for us to get the cabin and fights we wanted,I can recommend 118 to anybody thinking of a cruise.

It did not make us happy, quite the opposite. The following is indicative of our experience on the Xmas 2024 Canaries and Portugal cruise. Firstly luggage took four hours to arrive at our suite.Commencing Xmas Eve, water leaked into our Queens Grill suite, lack of reserve suites in event of having to vacate ours as we did. Allocated a suite 4 corridors away from mid.ship, a 3-4 minute walk to appropriate lift to dining room etc.(We are both in our 80's). Butler service poor. Also ship left Southampton, Cunard being aware that a number of units in the thermal pool area were non functional when the ship left Southampton yet we were charged at the time of booking for its usage and were not informed prior to boarding of the defects. As regards priority disembarkation this was non existent and when collecting cases found one missing which took 30 mins to recover having been left in the wrong area. Overall this cruise was a disaster. Having cruised with Cunard on a number of occasions since the 90's, this ship is. very much below par for that cruise line. Badly designed , it's saving grace was the wonderful staff who unfortunately had to bear the brunt of other passenger's complaints..

Every detail I wanted from start to completion by Ellie Bridges was executed perfectly. She was so professional, knowledgable and enthusiastic from our first conversation, she couldn’t have helped in any way further than she did. Amazing young lady and brilliant at her job. Her customer care skills are phenomenal. I’m a pretty hard person to please but Ellie was just perfect. And I have my perfect cruise, visiting the islands I want and more in the ship I wanted, and with a fabulous cabin we chose. Thanks so much, never change Ellie!! The booking was very easy. Robyn Wild was very helpful and put together good packages to Singapore and Bali with the Diamond Princess cruise to Malaysia in 2026. We were very impressed with their service. Plus they take Amex which was a bonus as Iglu cruises now not taking and we had stayed loyal to them . Not now we have discovered cruise 118.
