“DO NOT USE - DODGY MARKETING - Booked a cruise with Virgin Voyages and their website states 'All inside staterooms feature a European King-size Seabed' - but I was allocated a room with a single bed! The fare was advertised with a green tick saying 'up to $400 in FREE drinks on-board' - but apparently it did not apply to the advertised room it was displayed on! This inclusion of credit was also confirmed on a recorded call after booking. Cruise118 proceeded to gaslight me by rewriting the advertised description (even when I provided a screenshot of the description on the booking page), they also said I should have verified their advertising claims myself on the Virgin Voyages website!”

“This is only my second booking with Cruise118 and it was such a pleasing service from Bethany. After using another well known Travel Agent over a period of time their customer services have been very erratic. Cruise 118 are always willing to solve any queries that might arise. They have been very helpful and are very customer focused.”

“I have had absolutely brilliant customer service, the concierge, Chris Shamwama could not have been more helpful and remained on the telephone with me throughout a series of telephone calls and emails to the cruise company, in order to resolve a last minute issue about accessibility equipment for my elederly aunt who will be travelling with me.”

“We have had excellent customer service from Bethany, a cruise 118 concierge. She has helped us find a personalised flight to our cruise starting point and has responded to all our questions with consideration, patience, courtesy and friendliness. It wasn’t straight forward and there were several details we wanted to organise and confirm which she did with great professionalism. We now look forward to our cruise of a lifetime with the knowledge that if we need any more help it will be dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you”

“on booking my cruise for my family - 5 cabins Katie Lodge help me together the best options for me. she was excellent. Unfortunately the IT side seems to be letting me / cruise 118 down such that on my bookings I have an issue . Bethany initial started to try to get it fixed but unfortunately to no avail. Now Jill Davision is working extremely hard to obtain a fix for me. I must say Jills support in understanding my issues then keeping me informed on what's happening is excellent, very customer focussed and driven to ensure my problem is fixed, which I'm sure Jill will make happen. Real customer service at it best”

“Amazing price and service. I certainly shop around for the best deals. Nothing ever comes near! I’ve had cruises cancel due to Middle East crisis and flights changing on our Athens cruise.
