“Got a quote for a cruise which was a good price. I asked therefore for them to email the quote to ensure it was exactly as I wanted, but they refused! They expect you to book a cruise if thousands of pounds without you seeing the quote in writing! Of course I will go elsewhere and so should you.”

“This was my 4th booking with cruise118. Never disappointed. This time spoke to Shelley and went through the booking process with my exact requirements. “We were helped today first of all by Jenny in service dept to sort out an issue we had. She was absolutely amazing, great ambassador for 118. Very friendly and helpful with a great attitude and lovely to talk to. Following, we were transfered to Rachel who was again so very helpful, a delight to deal with answering questions to our satisfaction, even when we called her back with a query, she was so patient and knowledgeable. We would definitely reccommend their service and would not hesitate to use them again. 5/5 Val.”
