“Andrea McDiarmid was superb and we would like to thank her once again for arranging our next cruise. We contacted our usual agent, one of your competitors, who said that they could not tailor make our cruise to include extra days pre and post to ensure we had valuable time to enjoy and see our destination before sailing and on return. Andrea was so professional, with an excellent telephone manner that kept us calm and confident as we had left a bucket list holiday almost too late to secure! Andrea also found not just better accommodating flights, but the cruise (with extra days and hotels) worked out cheaper too than your competitor. Looking forward to a memorable holiday - and Cruise118 will be our first port of call next time!”

“Booked with Natalie and had a very good experience, she was very helpfully giving us various options and after a time to consider we called back and left a message and Natalie called us back and we completed the booking 😋”
