“booked cruise on friday saturday get e mail telling me i can NOT get the cruise £100 cheaper i rang was told i could not have it at the new price i have booked with cruise 118 for years NOT ANY MORE”

“Booked with Natalie and had a very good experience, she was very helpfully giving us various options and after a time to consider we called back and left a message and Natalie called us back and we completed the booking 😋”

“I have just booked a panama canal cruise through cruise 118 with there consultant Emma ORielly this was a pleasant experience made all the simpler and reassuring by Emma she explained everything in the smallest detail and recapped again if I needed it her manner was the thing that persuaded me that I was choosing the right agents in cruise118 to trust with our cruise holiday once again thank you Emma”

“My experience has been great and this really is down to one particular cruise concierge Mr Sam Bender. He planned our very first cruise & as we were newbies he gave us all the information we needed. When planning my 2nd cruise once again Sam booked this and he was fab. I called to book a 3rd cruise and spoke to two other concierges, however I didn't feel I was getting the same service. Not to say they weren't pleasant, but I didn't get a call back when I requested and another time I didn't feel that the concierge was attentive enough. So all in all, I believe some of the staff are more attentive and patient more than others. So that said for as long as Sam Bender is still there he will be my go to person for future Cruises with Cruise 118.”

“I’ve been booking with Cruise 118 since 2017 . My Cruise Agent Phil Davies is the BEST. Phil will always go that extra mile, get me the best deal & gives me his honest opinion as he knows what I like . I’d give Cruise 118 20/10 if I could. Why fix what ain’t broke & go with another company? Phil Davies - Simply The Best as in the song. Thank you Phil a million times for helping this Ol’ Gal’ spend hubby’s pension haha. You’re here for a good time not a longtime so cruise whilst you still can & enjoy Life”

“Great customer service,only to happy to answer my questions and then when I asked them did they do a price match they said they did and even bettered the quote,this is the second time I have used 118 and because of their prices and customer service I keep going back,Thank you to Ashleigh Mulholland who went above and beyond when she had finished her shift to make sure I had everything I needed.”
