“I dealt with Brittany Bennett and to say she has a lot of patience is an understatement. I must have asked her for about six different cruise quotes and often revised some of those, at every stage Brittany carried on without hesitation and did a brilliant job. Nothing was too much trouble for her always responding very quickly. Thank you Brittany.”

“I dealt with Stephanie, she was amazing. Courteous, friendly very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Stephanie dealt with my queries regarding two cruises, one with NCL and one with Royal Caribbean. She found mum old Latitudes numbers with NCL and some old Future Cruise Credits with Royal Caribbean. I booked the NCL cruise with the intention of booking the Royal Caribbean at a later date. This was my second booking with Cruise 118, both have been faultless. I highly recommend Cruise 118.”

“Cannot get hold of the concierge team after sales! I have tried email - they sent it back telling me they don't read the emails now! Tried phoning - still on hold 45 minutes later. If I manage to get through, I am actually thinking of cancelling. If you want ANY form of after sales service - do not book with them.”

“I booked a large group of us (19 in total) with Paula Molloy, for a 3 night stay in Rome and a 10 day Mediterranean Cruise with NCL . Paula is the best person I have ever arranged a holiday with and I’ve been on many cruises in the past. She was extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her and she sorted us all out with the best deal possible. Extremely thorough and efficient. Would highly recommend Cruise 118. Paula deserves a bonus for all her hard work and she will now be the first person I ring to sort out future cruise 10/10 😊👏”

“Although the young lady that made my booking was very helpful. it all took a very long time as she had to keep putting me on hold for long periods of time to find things out, I was on the phone for about 45 minutes in all, most of it holding on. She was very polite & apologetic, maybe she was new at it,”

“Difficult scenario which meant amending original booking due to health issues with both of us - which had been unexpected - Lexie was absolutely fab - she was empathic and realised how important the amendment was in terms of having something to look forward to after all the issues we had been experiencing - I am a social worker by trade and Lexie has some excellent inter personal skills”
