Spent thousands with this company in the past but the service recently has gone down hill. If I could get through to someone how cares it would be a miracle. Cruise in 50 days time, but no flights or hotels. over 2 hours on the phone only to be cut off when we start to talk. As for the chat. it would be nice to have that option.
