“Excellent throughout the booking . Worked with us the find exactly what we wanted . Explained whole procedure . Disappointed that the next day extras were available which I felt this would of been known on the day we booked . We paid the full cruise amount at time of booking so a little extra would of been nice .”

“Appalling Customer Service! Absolutely non existent and deliberately evasive. Several weeks ago I spent hours on hold, trying to request a transfer of my booking WOR-91586 [ Cunard suggested this was possible when I spoke to them direct on 31/3/22- but they cannot action this as I booked via Cruise118] to the Cunard cruise V333. Eventually I managed to speak to a Cruise 118 advisor, who could not action any changes - but told me they had completed a 'request form' that the sent to the ‘request team’ [ Shelly 31/3/22 at 3.42pm] to amend the original booking. 3 weeks later - NOTHING! It is nigh impossible to get any form of direct contact with a representative - however, even when you do manage to get through, they are unable to action anything. I am about to send a formal external complaint about their system and will NEVER book with them again. If you are thinking of booking with them - JUST SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME AND TROUBLE AND DON'T!!!! Cliff Coppins”

“Once my money was taken and my cruise all booked couldn't get in contact with them for love nor money. Concierge email didn't work and was on the phone for ages and no one answered for more than half an hour. No one works after 5pm as the office is shut.”

“Although, not usually the company I use for cruise bookings, I thought I would give them a chance. I am pleased to say that my first experience has been a very positive experience. I booked online and found it to be the least complicated and quickest booking system I have used for holidays of any type. The follow up emails, giving relevant information and documentation is indeed speedy and accurate. On my first encounter with Cruise 118 I have been most impressed and hence very likely to use them again in the near future.”
