“I was told Princess UK and Princess Australia are different and they sure are My friend in the UK wanted us to cruise the MED , we booked with Princess here She booked with Princess UK, they came back to her with a cheaper price, she told us I made an enquiry Australia couldn't match or do a better deal, so we canceled the Australian cruise and booked with the UK princess saving over $2000.00”

“Good deals, easy to use website & secure booking system. Only had one point to contact them on which was outside there control, but the phone was answered immediately by David & the matter was dealt with quickly & efficiently and confirmed by email. Overall a thoroughly good first experience with this company & we will definitely use them again in the future.”

“I have booked several cruises with 118. I called to book a caribbean cruise in i think December 2022 I spoke to lexis and had a wow experience. Since then I I have book a further 3 cruses for myself and my husband along with cruises for members of my family. Lexie is amazing and always remembers who I am and is so pleasant. I called last week and booked a further 12 night cruise . I would never book with anyone else. Is alway such a positive experience talking to lexis. She is a great”

“Added princess plus at £25 per day per person when booking cruise. Confirmation took hours to come through to email and then princess plus had not been added. Have contacted several times and your rep was waiting for Princess Cruises to respond. Now waited two days and I have contacted your agent who said other person I spoke to is still waiting response from Princess Cruises. Need to sort out as this is an anniversary pressie for husband and need to put things in place asap. Many thanks”

“We are a family of a mother, grandmother, and two children (the children have never been on a cruise before, they will be very excited). We opted for a balcony so that we could have a little more time in the cabin.
