“I’ve booked a few cruises with cruise118 and I’ve always had great customer service and that’s why I keep going back. We recently booked our first cruise to the Fjords with Robyn. She was great! She was friendly, helpful and very patient. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot fault!”

“Caramel (Forsberg) was lovely. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my booking. The cruise I have booked is a celebration and I want it to be special. Caramel helped me dot the it's and cross the it's in making it exactly what my sisters (who have never cruised before) will absolutely love. Cheaper than booking with RC so we could go for nicer rooms which I was able to choose. Thanks Cara & 118 too!! Already booked our family cruise with you guys in January '26 too!!”

“Not sure if I already posted but just wanted to make sure that I give a shout out to Dale as I sit browsing how we do the next one and next year! We have already cruised with Cruise118 twice now and quite honestly don't think will use anyone else in the future. We returned from a holiday of a lifetime in November and all thanks to Dale - my criteria was tough. I wanted to try and afford to take 5 of us to the Caribbean to include Barbados and try and do an Orlando stay for us to do Disney. He certainly pulled out the stops - we did a 3 day stay in Orlando, and then boarded our first mini cruise on the Royal Caribbean Utopia which was truly amazing! We then flew to Miami for a 7 day cruise on Norwegian Joy. I really shouldn't be looking to try and do another this year but value for money is so hard to beat looking for a package holiday. Dale is a credit to the company! Goes the extra mile and takes care to make you aware of what suits you best. His knowledge is remarkable and he pulls out all the stops to crunch figures as much as he possibly can. A first class service.”

“I submitted an online enquiry and was lucky to have Andy Lewis pick up the enquiry. We’re seasoned cruisers with another line to the one we were asking about and Andy was the consummate professional with me. He answered my endless questions and priced up lots of different options for me. In the end, we not only booked the cruise, but we booked a second cabin for the in-laws too! Andy called back when he said he would, took ownership of my enquiry and followed up to make sure I got everything that I needed. This is my first time booking with Cruise118 but I’m sure it won’t be the last.”
