“Excellent service from Ashlee Pheby. We had our Cruise booked in record time with all we needed to know conveyed to us. A confirmation was sent and a follow up with the invoice was sent to us in a timely manner. I had to call a couple of days later as my sister and husband decided to book onto the same cruise on our recommendation. I wanted to link our bookings and this was done efficiently by another member of staff called Ashley. Very impressed.”

“Checked website and the price quoted was lower than the price given when I phoned to book. Girl said she would speak to her manager and phone me back. When I was phoned back they still refused to honour the online price saying it was not a live price. After much arguing they eventually agreed to lower it, however I still paid more than quoted online. I had to phone as I wanted upgrades which couldn’t be done online. Poor show, I checked online later that evening and it was still quoting the lower price.”

“I hadn't intended to book immediately, but after talking to Hannah there was no need to wait. She offerred her opinion and knowledge which made me quickly realise this was the perfect cruise for me and therefore no need to look at alternatives.
